Meditating with the Reiki Precepts for Health and Well-Being

In Reiki practice we meditate using these five simple guidelines or precepts known as the Gokai.

They are however, a beautiful tool for anyone seeking to focus, ground, calm and strengthen their own heart and mind, fortifying it for living with purpose and beauty in each day.

Play attention to the use of breath in this recording. Use your breath to embody the intentions of your spoken words.
